When will my order be shipped?Most orders ship within 48 hours of us receiving them. If the order will be much later than that, we will contact you. During the winter months, we ship Monday-Friday. During the summer months, we tend to not ship orders on Fridays if they contain products that may melt.

How much does shipping cost?Most Shipping costs vary depending on your location, the shipping service you choose (UPS, USPS, etc), and the weight of your product. Our shopping cart will give you of your shipping options as part of the checkout process, before you input your payment information.
Why is shipping so expensive? What about Free Shipping?Most We know that shipping costs are expensive and are working with our shipping partners to get breaks for you wherever we can. In the near future, we will be introducing a flat rate shipping program designed to offer you more affordable alternatives.
We do not offer free shipping because we would rather charge you a fair price for your candy and shipping than marking up candy so high that it covers the cost of shipping. We do occasionally offer shipping specials. Sign up for our newsletter to find out about those. What about orders outside of the United States?
We do ship outside of the United States, however please note the following conditions:
What if my order arrives and something is wrong?Most Our shipping department packs each order with great care, but occasionally there are problems. If your order arrives with missing, broken or incorrect product, please contact us right away so we can remedy the situation. Please keep the box, especially if it shows any signs of damage, so we can show them to the shipping carrier for a refund.
Some items say that they make break in shipping and you’re not responsible. What’s up with that?Most We pack our orders very carefully, but there are some items that may experience breakage along the way. However, you should only expect a small amount of breakage. If a significant portion of your order arrives broken, please contact us immediately.
I need my candy for a special event, how far in advance should I order it?Most We recommend that you order as early as possible to avoid any out of stock or shipping issues. . Most items that we carry have a shelf life of at least six months and will do fine if left in a controlled (air conditioned) environment. Just keep them away from your candy loving friends!
Is the Bulk Candy Store a secure Web site?Most Yes! All of the personal information that you send is processed through our secure server. We utilize the latest technology to ensure that all of your data is protected.
What forms of payment do you accept?Most We accept most major credit cards as well as Google Checkout and Paypal. If you want to pay by check or money order, please contact us and we can arrange that as well.

Why do you want my telephone number?Most We ask for your phone number so we can contact you about any issues with your order. That is the only reason we will call you. We will never give your information out to anyone else.
Why do you want my email address?Most We ask for your email address so we can contact you about any issues with your order. We will not send you unsolicited emails (SPAM). We won’t even send you our newsletter unless you tell us you want it! Again, we never rent/sell your information to anyone.

I noticed that you have a discount code on your checkout page. How do I get one?Most Discount codes are sent out via our newsletter and when you visit us at a fair.
Can I pick up my candy order myself at your warehouse?Most Sure. If you’re local and want to pay us a visit, we’d love to see you! Just contact us first so we make arrangements.
Do you have a retail location where I can shop?Most We operate out of a warehouse in Lake Worth, Fl and do not have a permanent retail store. However, if you’re lucky enough to be in a state that we visit for a fair, you can see the “World’s Largest Travelling Candy Store” in person. Check our our Fairs page for the complete list.
What is the Bulk Candy Store return policy?Because we are dealing with food, and health department regulations, we are very particular about returns. If you receive incorrect or damaged product, contact us and we will send a return label. For any other circumstance, please contact us. Please do not ship back any product without speaking with us first.
